1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RoPanel website dashboard (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service.
  • Account Registration: The Service is accessible via Discord OAuth. By using Discord to log in, you permit us to receive and use the information provided by Discord. No additional registration information is required.
  • Account Security: While we adhere to industry data security standards, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service Description

RoPanel is a game management panel for Roblox-based games that provides:

  • Game analytics
  • User management
  • Staff management and moderation tools
  • Integration with Discord OAuth for login and team management
  • Payment processing via Paynow and soon an option to pay using Robux (Roblox’s currency)

The Service may incorporate third-party content or services, and such third parties may have their own terms that apply to your use.

4. Payment, Subscription, and Refunds

  • Pricing Model: We offer a limited free plan and subscription-based tiers with additional features and higher limits.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided. There are no trial periods since the free plan is permanently available.

5. Intellectual Property and License

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including content and features provided on the Service, are owned by RoPanel.
  • License to Use: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service solely for managing Roblox-based games, provided they maintain an active subscription (when required).
  • Misuse: Unauthorized activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Acceptable Use and User Obligations

  • Compliance: You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws, including Roblox’s terms and community guidelines.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You may not:
    • Use functionalities reserved for active subscribers without an active subscription.
    • Reverse engineer, crack, or tamper with the Service.
    • Engage in any activity that may harm the Service or interfere with its operations.
  • Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we suspect rule violations.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

  • Data Collected: We collect data provided by Discord through OAuth and from any linked Roblox games.
  • Privacy Compliance: We strive to comply with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA); however, complete compliance cannot be guaranteed.
  • Data Sharing: Your information is not shared with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing or as required by law.

8. Service Availability, Maintenance, and Disclaimers

  • Availability: We make reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available and functioning properly. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtimes will be communicated via Discord and dashboard alerts.
  • Uptime Guarantee: If the Service is completely down for more than six (6) consecutive hours, we will provide a time credit reimbursement for the affected period.
  • Disclaimer: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except for the specific uptime reimbursement mentioned above, RoPanel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the time credit provided for extended downtime.

10. Termination and Data Retention

  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we have evidence of rule-breaking.
  • Data Retention: Upon termination, your account and data will be retained for up to 120 days, after which all associated data will be permanently deleted.
  • Termination does not absolve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
  • Dispute Resolution: For payment disputes, please refer to the dispute resolution process of the respective payment processor. For all other disputes, please contact us to discuss resolution options. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the United States.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via Discord and dashboard alerts. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoPanel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
  • Force Majeure: RoPanel shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Compliance with Roblox Terms: We adhere to Roblox’s terms and expect our users to do the same. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
